Our Processes.
Design and product development
The customer can choose a style from our open mold collection and customize the product for their specific requirements. They can also refer to those as inspiration or can provide a complete new design brief. In the latter cases, from the initial drawings or 2D up to the final prototype we provide a close and personalized service to our customer. All of these steps are managed in house to ensure meeting our due date and delivering a product as per the customer expectation.
Production
From the moment the molds are released to production, up to the shipping of the order, all processes are closely monitored by our production team. During each step, performance is managed and assessed in terms of efficiency on both quantity as quality. This is to ensure that we ship quality frames on the agreed time frame.
Quality
Our quality assurance and control processes are defined and monitored as per our ISO 9001: 2015 certification. Those processes are regularly assessed and reviewed to ensure continuous improvements.
